Yes – an active user account is required for online orders.

Delivery time depends on various factors, for example: 
– Availability of products from our suppliers 
– Production or lead times for custom-made products 
Generally, delivery takes between 10 and 15 working days.

Shipping costs depend on the respective order and are influenced by various factors, such as the desired delivery location and special storage requirements of the products (e.g., shipping with dry ice).
For orders within Germany, the shipping costs are a flat rate of €20.00.
For orders with a merchandise value of €750 or more, delivery within Germany is free of charge.
For international orders, shipping costs vary depending on the destination, with free shipping for orders over €2,000.
Products that must be shipped with dry ice incur an additional charge of €50. In this case, the free shipping thresholds mentioned above do not apply.
A handling fee of €10.00 is charged for all orders.

Standard payment is by invoice with a payment term of 14 days net from the invoice date.
For international customers, we also offer the convenient option of payment by credit card.
Please ensure that your billing information is complete and accurate to guarantee prompt and smooth processing of your order.

Our products undergo strict quality inspections and comply with international standards such as ISO and, where applicable, GMP. Each batch is traceable and is delivered with the corresponding quality and safety data sheets.
If you have any questions regarding product quality or specifications, our technical support is always available to assist you.

Our products are excluded from return and exchange. The instructions listed in the enclosed data sheet must be strictly followed.
If you encounter any difficulties during the application, please feel free to reach out to us for support. Our scientific department will carefully assess whether the fault is due to the product itself or an application error.
If the fault is attributable to the product, you will receive a one-time replacement.
