| Description | The usage of the INSTANT RNA/DNA Kit is recommended in conjunction with a corresponding RoboGene Detection Kit, containing Extraction Tubes with Carrier RNA and an Internal Extraction Control to monitor purification, amplification and detection processes. The INSTANT Virus RNA/DNA Kit allows simultaneous purification of viral RNA and DNA from serum, plasma or other cell-free body fluids. A novel extraction chemistry known as Dual-Chemistry-Technology (DC-Technology) guarantees a high yield of purified viral nucleic acids of excellent quality from 200 or 400 µl starting volume of liquid samples. Nucleic acid isolation based on Spin Filter columns is very easy in its handling procedures and was certified to be used for in vitro diagnostics (CE-IVD). CE-IvD labeled real-time PCR assays validated for the manual extraction procedure with the INSTANT Virus RNA/DNA kit are the RoboGene HBV DNA Quantification kit 3.0, the RoboGene HCV RNA Quantification kit 3.0 and the RoboGene HDV RNA Quantification kit 2.0. |
