| Description | Source: Human Plasma Applications: Suitable for use in Immunogen Grade. Other applications not tested. Notes: When tested with active-site titrated porcine pancreatic trypsin using Na-Benzoyl-L-Arginine-para-Nitroanilide Hydrochloride (L-BAPNA) as substrate, it is 75-100% inhibitory. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O or PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
