| Description | ANGPTL4 (Angiopoietin-like protein 4) mainly expressed in endothelial cells (hypoxia-induced). Regulates angiogenesis and modulates tumorigenesis and directly regulates lipid, glucose, and energy metabolism. Inhibits proliferation, migration, and tubule formation of endothelial cells and reduces vascular leakage. Sequence: Fibrinogen-like domain of mouse ANGPTL4 (aa167-410) is fused at the N-terminus to a FLAG®-tag. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
