| Description | Human BCA-1 (B Cell-Attracting chemokine 1), also known as BLC or CXCL13, is a recently identified new CXC chemokines. Human BCA-1 is a highly effective attractant for human blood B lymphocytes, but was inactive on freshly isolated or IL-2 stimulated T lymphocytes, monocytes and neutrophils. The human BCA-1 is a 10.1kD protein containing 85 amino acid residues. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to human BCA-1/BLC (CXCL13). Molecular Weight: ~10.1kD Endotoxin: <0.1ng/ug Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer or dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
