| Description | 5′-C T C A G (N)10^-3′ 3′-G A G T C (N)8 ^-5′ Concentration: 1u/ul Source: Bacillus stearothermophilus Isl 15–111 [Buffer] + SAM: [33mM Tris-acetate (pH 7.9), 10mM magnesium acetate, 66mM potassium acetate and 0.1mg/ml BSA] + 0.01mM S-adenosylmethionine (supplied with 0.5mM solution). Incubate at 55°C. (Incubation at 37°C results in 30% activity.) Diluent Buffer: 10mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.4 at 25°C), 100mM KCl, 1mM EDTA, 1mM DTT, 0.2mg/ml BSA and 50% glycerol.
