Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa59-414 from human CA9 at C-terminal, fused to His-tag expressed in baculovirus infected Sf9. Molecular Weight: ~39.7kD Specific Activity: 30,000pmole/min/ug Application: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. |
