| Description | Human Caspase 9 (CASP9), GenBank Accession No. NM_001229), aa1-416 (end), with C-terminal His-tag, MW=35 &10kD, expressed in an E. coli cell expression system. Procaspase-9 is autocleaved between the prodomain and large protease subunit (p35). The cleavage product contains both the large (p35) and small (p10 [His-tag]) protease subunits. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-416 from Caspase-9 at C-terminus, expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~35kD, ~10kD Specific Activity: 0.11pmol/min/Lg Application: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
