Source: Human Placenta, Prepared from tissue to be non reactive for HBsAg, anti-HCV, anti-HBc, and negative for anti-HIV 1 & 2 by FDA approved tests. Biological Activity: One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that hydrolyzes one umole of H-Gly-Pro-pNA/minute at 25°C, pH 7.8. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
