| Description | Applications: Suitable for use in Antibody Blocking. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Antibody Blocking: 2-5ug/ml. Incubate with antibody for 3 hours at 4°C prior to being used on tissue sections. Suitable for use with C5057-05, C5057-06 or C5057-11. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
