| Description | Component C4 interacts with C1 and C2 to form C3 convertase of the classic activation pathway. C4c is the common form present in plasma and used in diagnostic assays. Source: Human Complement Component 4c Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
