| Description | Activity: ~150Units/ml at 37ºC Specific Activity: As reported. Unit Definition: One unit will transfer one micromole of phosphate from creatine phosphate to ATP per minute at 37°C. Measured at 340nm as one equimolar amount of NADH product by a coupled reaction. Applications: Specific methodologies have not been tested using this product. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
