Source: Hyaluronidase from bovine testes Molecular Weight: ~55kD Activity: ~315U/mg protein Unit Definition: Defined as the amount of enzyme that liberates one micromole of N-acetylglucosamine/minute at 37ºC and pH 4.0. Total Protein Concentration: ~0.2g/ml Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C.
