| Description | Blocking Peptide for I8700-07A IRS-1 (Insulin Receptor Substrate 1). Source: Synthetic peptide mapping to the C-terminus of human IRS-1. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Antibody Blocking. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1ug peptide/1ug antibody for 30-60 minutes at 37°C. Antibody Blocking: 1ug peptide/1ug antibody for 30-60 minutes at 37°C. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
