Epitope Location: Intracellular, C-terminal part. Applications: Suitable for use in Antibody Blocking. Not suitable for use in Western Blot due to low molecular weight. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Preadsorption Control: 1ug peptide per 1ug antibody. Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute to nominal volume (see reconstitution instructions for peptides) and store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
