Storage Buffer: 10mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5 at 25°C, 50mM KCl, 1mM DTT, 0.1mM EDTA, 0.2mg/ml BSA, 50% glycerol. Supplied With: R1625: Restriction Enzyme Buffer A, 10X R1625-04: Restriction Enzyme Buffer E, 10X Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
