| Description | Profilin 2a (PFN2, Profilin-2) is a ubiquitous actin monomer-binding protein belonging to the profilin family. It is thought to regulate actin polymerization in response to extracellular signals. Species: Homo sapiens Source: E. coli Domain (aa): 1-140 Tag/Fusion Partner: His-Tag at N terminus Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA as an Antigen, Ligand, or Assay Standard. Other applications not tested. Quality Control: SDS-PAGE Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
